- Family: Fonseca family — five generations of agave growers; Enrique Fonseca (master distiller)
- Location: Estate agave grown in Highlands (Los Altos), Jalisco; distillery in Tequila, Jalisco
- Agave: 100% Blue Weber Agave — family estate-grown, Los Altos red clay volcanic soils; harvested at peak sugar concentration (6–12 years)
- Water: Volcanic spring water, naturally filtered
- Cooking: Autoclave (pressurised steam)
- Fermentation: Open-air stainless steel tanks, natural yeast only; ~30% with bagasse included
- Distillation: Dual-still: ~80–85% copper alembic pot stills + ~15–20% copper Coffey column still; blended before ageing
- Aging Vessels: French Limousin oak, American oak, used bourbon casks, PX sherry casks (Imperial)
- Additives: None — certified additive-free across entire range
