Tasting Notes

NOSE: Elegant and rich with aromas of baked apple, ripe orchard fruit, and candied citrus. Layers of dried raisin, cinnamon spice, and oak give it a warm, inviting depth.

PALATE: Silky and full-bodied. Flavours of dried fig, toffee, dark chocolate, and spiced apple emerge, followed by hints of ginger, nutmeg, and a gentle nuttiness. The sherry influence adds richness without overpowering.

FINISH Long, warming and smooth. Lingering notes of sweet oak, soft spice, and fruitcake.
