Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is an exceptional spirit that undergoes a unique finishing process in ruby port wine casks, imparting subtly distinct flavour nuances that enhance the whiskey without overshadowing its original character.

Crafted in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels Angel's Envy Straight Bourbon is aged up to six years before being finished for an additional three to six months in 60-gallon French oak ruby port barrels imported from Portugal.  This meticulous process results in a whiskey of unprecedented smoothness, sweetness, and balance.

Angel's Envy has garnered significant acclaim, including a Gold Medal with 92 points at the 2023 Bartender Spirits Awards

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Light oak, vanilla, and the slightest touch of berry jam drift upwards. Mingled in are peanut shells, and a touch of sweet syrup.

PALATE: Muted vanilla, light oak, and leather swirl together and are joined are dashes of green peppercorn and syrup-soaked raisins

FINISH: Oak, faint hints of rye spice, vanilla, and light berry jam quickly leap up and almost as quickly fade away. Left behind are faint dry oak and a lingering light spice
