Bourbon Brothers are very fortunate to be the sole stockiest of what has become one of their finest releases.
Pinhook Bohemian is a small batch straight bourbon was crafted in 2020 from a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. This bourbon is bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV) and shows impressive depth for its youthful age. It’s expressive, elegant, and shows the promise of Castle & Key’s distillation—making it a standout in the Pinhook lineup. Ideal neat, but also bold enough for premium cocktails.
The nose opens with bright aromas of cinnamon, dried apricot, and toasted almond, setting the stage for a flavourful journey. On the palate, Bohemian 2020 delivers a balanced mix of orange peel, clove, vanilla bean, and baking spice, all wrapped in a velvety oak influence. The finish is medium in length, with warm spice and lingering fruit sweetness.
