Developed in collaboration with legendary musician Bob Dylan, this whiskey undergoes a unique double-barrel finishing process that sets it apart. After initial ageing in new American oak, it’s transferred to toasted oak barrels for a second maturation, deepening complexity and enhancing flavour integration.
Bottled at 50% ABV, Heaven's Door Double Barrel Bourbon Whiskey delivers a rich and bold palate layered with baking spices, toasted oak, caramelised sugar, and dried fruit. Vanilla and clove shine through, with a warm, lingering finish that speaks to the extra time in oak. The blend consists of three whiskeys, aged a minimum of six years, each selected for its depth and structure.
