Grain-to-Glass Philosophy:  This whisky is the result of Maker’s commitment to regenerative agriculture. The mashbill eliminates corn entirely, blending two wheat-forward recipes: one of 70% soft red winter wheat / 30% malted barley, and another of 100% malted wheat. It’s matured in charred American oak and bottled at 114.7 proof (57.35% ABV), cask strength and non-chill filtered
