Crafted by the esteemed Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky. the Woodford Reserve tn takes the art of bourbon-making to a new level with its double-barrel maturation technique.
The defining characteristic of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is its double-barrel aging process. Initially, the bourbon is matured in custom-crafted, charred American oak barrels, as is traditional. However, what sets it apart is the second aging stage, where the bourbon is transferred to a second barrel that has been deeply toasted before being lightly charred. This additional step imparts richer flavours and textures, creating a more complex and layered profile.
