All the High West barrel selects are a series of small-batch whiskeys finished in second-use barrels. These collections offer incredible balance, complexity, and depth of flavour. With flavours of cherry woodsmoke, dates and baking spices coupled with aromas of crisp apple and maple syrup this barrel select is a true representation of the craftsmanship that goes into each barrel. Tasting Notes: Aromas of apple, cacao nibs and maple syrup offer a sweet and balanced nose. Flavourful on the palate, with cherry woodsmoke, dates, baking spices and notes of black tea.
