Overview

The Blanco is grown at an elevation in Los Altos, Jalisco, where the red clay soil and cooler climate push the agave to develop more natural sweetness. From there, it goes into American and French oak for 8 to 10 months, longer than the minimum required for the category, and that extra time shows.

The result is a reposado with genuine depth. The bright agave character from the Highlands doesn't get buried under the oak, it carries through, and the barrel aging adds vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit without turning it into something heavy. Smooth, rich, and well put together.

Distillery Information

Cincoro was founded in 2019 by five NBA team owners, including Michael Jordan, who built the brand from scratch rather than licensing an existing label. The focus from day one was on Highland agave and a production approach that let the raw material speak for itself.
