This batch was matured for 10 years and bottled at cask strength for a full-bodied flavor. A unique blend of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and red wine casks with American virgin oak barrels results in a bold and complex taste. Limited availability in August 2023. Unfiltered and without added color, this whisky boasts a cask strength of 58.6% ABV, offering a rich and complex profile of sweet spices and dark fruit.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: A subtler nose for a cask strength sherried whisky. Notes of sulfur, candied fruits, with a bready malty . After it settles dark chocolate, and a hint of rose water.

TASTE: Notes of orange chocolate, coffee grounds, ginger chews, cocoa nibs, and a waxy malt quality come to the surface. It’s not a sherry bomb, but does have a nice sweetness and a good mouthfeel.

FINISH: aShort to medium finish. Wood tannins, fudge cake, and baking spices.
