Maker’s Mark Cask Strength is the full-flavoured, full-proof version of the classic wheated bourbon loved around the world. Bottled straight from the barrel at around 55–58% ABV, it offers the same smooth, soft wheat profile as the original — but with a richer, more intense delivery. This uncut, unfiltered bourbon is produced in small batches at the Maker’s Mark Distillery in Loretto, Kentucky, using the same time-honoured mash bill: 70% corn, 16% red winter wheat, and 14% malted barley.
On the nose, it opens with rich caramel, vanilla bean, and baking spice. The palate is powerful yet balanced, bursting with notes of dark toffee, cinnamon, roasted nuts, and a velvety dose of oak and char. The wheat softens the high proof, making it bold but not brash.
