The Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old 107 Proof is a highly esteemed bourbon whiskey known for its rich and complex flavour profile. This bourbon is bottled at nearly barrel proof, with just a splash of Kentucky limestone water added after a decade of aging. It's part of the prestigious Van Winkle collection and is produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet and soft, with notes of wheat, corn and custard. Caramel, candy floss and dried fruits.

Palate: Rich and thick with notes of caramel, vanilla, dates, walnuts, coffee beans and soft oak. Very buttery and incredibly smooth.

Finish: Long and spicy with notes of gingernut biscuit and golden syrup on the tail.
