Crafted from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, it showcases the soft, rounded texture that wheat imparts. Aged for six years, this bourbon delivers a refined and mellow sweetness. On the nose, expect rich caramel, baked bread, and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and expressive, with flavours of honey-drizzled cornbread, vanilla cream, dried apricot, and a hint of nutmeg. The finish is long, warm, and gently spiced—perfectly balanced without astringency.

FACT SHEET

NOSE:- Lighter scent with fresh bread, hints of soft cream to light honey and coffee cake.

PALATE: -The palate has much more depth. The baking elements are enhanced with cinnamon and light, sweet syrup. Some vanilla and white peppercorn spice, along with a subtle light charred oak.

FINISH: - The finish is surprisingly long and not overly complex. The peppercorn, wheat bread and charred oak are present. The vanilla adds sweetness to the spice.
