Crafted in Sonoma County, this small-batch bourbon is aged a minimum of four years and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), balancing rich flavour with easy-drinking warmth.
Distilled from a high-corn mash bill (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley), Pipe Dream delivers a smooth and layered profile—sweet vanilla, honey and roasted pecans upfront, followed by spice, oak and caramelised brown sugar on the finish. Each batch is blended from hand-selected barrels ranging from four to twelve years old, creating exceptional depth and complexity.
