This bourbon has been aged in charred alligator casks, then rested in Pedro Ximinex Sherry barrels from Spain. It s magnificent sherry notes make this expression a winner.
The Wiseman from Kentucky Owl is the first permanent release under Master Blender John Rhea, previously from Four Roses. The Wiseman Bourbon Whiskey is made from four Kentucky Straight Bourbons selected for their individual taste. This is a collaboration between Kentucky Owl and the Bardstown Bourbon Company. Again we have selected a multi award winner.
