FACT SHEET

NOSE:
Lighters scent with fresh bread, hints of soft cream to light honey and coffee cake.

PALATE:
The palate has much more depth. The baking elements are enhanced with muted cinnamon powder, and light sweet syrup. Some vanilla and white peppercorn spice along with a subtle light charred oak.

FINISH:
The finish is surprising long and not overly complex. The peppercorn, wheat bread and charred oak are present. the vanilla adds some sweetness to the spice.
