TASTING NOTES

Nose:
An Apple flavour intermingles with rye and vanilla, with hints of berry fruits, cocoa and charred oak muddled mint, ginger ale.

Palate:
This is unashamedly a cask strength and no question are in flavour. The flavour builds and builds, with the rye getting increasingly noticeable. Delicious.

Finish:
This whiskey has a Loonnnggg finish. The flavours linger well after the last sip, and rich mouthfeel. The oak, rye, mint and cocoa still evident too.
