Barton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and continues today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is is named in honour of the year Kentucky joined the United States.
In 1897, the Bottled-in-Bond Act revolutionised the quality of American whiskey. Carrying on that tradition, this well-aged bourbon comes from only barrels filled during the same distilling season and is bottled at exactly 100 proof for a bold taste and lingering finish—a testament to the Bottled-in-Bond Act established over a century ago.
Bourbon Brothers have teamed up with the guys at Whiskey Hunt to bring you this limited edition. They formulated this single barrel pick by teaming with master distillers at Barton. Samples were sent out to their partners with simple instructions; give each sample a rating along with their tasting notes. They tallied up the results and as a group picked an absolutely stunning example of 1792 Bottled in Bond.
This multi award winning expressions has only recently been released in Australia, and through select outlets.
